序言：
This case is a modern minimalist style duplex case. The designer controls the delicate color and material, creating a harmonious and unified space in the modern style of luxury and simplicity, and creating an ideal home for the owner that combines comfort and style.

本案是一套现代简约风复式案例，设计师通过色彩与材质的细腻把控，在现代风格的高级利落，简约风格的温暖质朴中，让每个空间都和谐统一，为业主打造兼具舒适与格调的理想之家。



客厅 Living Room

The floating floor beneath the TV wall conceals a light strip, giving the entire background wall a light and sophisticated feel. The passage leading to the balcony tea room features black-framed glass doors, ensuring both natural lighting and a sense of spatial continuity despite the partition.

电视墙下的悬浮地台暗藏灯带，让整个背景墙轻盈又高级。通往阳台茶室的通道采用黑色框格玻璃门隔断，既保证了采光，又让空间隔而不断。

The living room is predominantly designed in beige, paired with warm wood finishes. Clean, sharp lines and minimalist color schemes create a relaxed and soothing home ambiance. The marble coffee table, featuring natural grain patterns, adds a touch of refinement to the simple space.

客厅整体以米白色为基底，搭配温润的木饰面，干净利落的线条与简洁的色彩搭配，营造出松弛治愈的居家氛围。自带天然纹理的大理石茶几，为简约的空间增加了一份精致感。



餐厅 Dinging Room

The restaurant adopts a combination of beige and wood colors, with a natural texture of rattan weaving and a warm touch of solid wood. Multiple materials emit a natural atmosphere. The warm yellow light strip projects a soft halo, interweaving with the light source of the ceiling to create rich layers, creating a relaxed dining place.

餐厅采用了米白与木色搭配，藤编的天然肌理，实木的温润触感，多种材质散发出自然的气息。暖黄的灯带投射出柔和的光晕，与天花的光源交织出丰富的层次，打造富有松弛感的用餐场所。



厨房 Kitchen

The western kitchen area is connected to the restaurant, and the space is relatively open. The island counter can be used as a temporary bar counter, becoming a social center full of smoke and fire. The black framed glass sliding door separates the central kitchen, separating oil fumes and ensuring the penetration of light, making the space less oppressive.

西厨区与餐厅相连，空间比较开放，岛台可作为临时吧台，成为富有烟火气的社交中心。黑色框格的玻璃推拉门，将中厨分隔，既分隔了油烟，又保证了光线的穿透，让空间不压抑。

The central kitchen behind the glass doors is a core cooking area that combines practicality and aesthetics. The U-shaped layout creates a comfortable flow, with a natural wood colored lower cabinet and a beige upper cabinet creating a soft color hierarchy. The large window at the end brings outdoor greenery into the interior, making cooking a daily routine that accompanies nature.

玻璃门后的中厨，是实用与美学兼备的核心烹饪区域，U型布局形成了舒适的动线，原木色的下柜与米白色的上柜形成柔和的色彩层次，尽头的大窗将户外绿意引入室内，让烹饪成为与自然相伴的日常。



楼梯间 Stairs area

The solid wood steps and handrails bring a warm texture, and the stairs are lightly suspended with the soft light lining of the light strip. The greenery under the stairs becomes the finishing touch, with gravel and sprawling plants embedding a natural world within the rugged architecture.

实木踏步与扶手带来温润的质感，灯带柔和的光线衬的楼梯轻盈悬浮。楼梯下的绿植造景成为点睛之笔，碎石与伸展的绿植，在硬朗的建筑中嵌入了一方自然天地。



主卧 Master Bedroom

Using glass sliding doors as the main bathroom partition, an open layout is formed, which not only ensures the completeness of functions, but also divides the space through material comparison. Large french window and white screens allow full access to natural light. With light colored soft clothing, the whole space is open, transparent and full of breath.

以玻璃推拉门为主卫隔断，形成开放式布局，既保证了功能的完整，又通过材质对比划分了空间。大面积的落地窗与白色纱帘，让自然光可以充分进入，配合浅色系的软装，整个空间都显得开阔通透，充满呼吸感。



卧室 Bedroom

The beige cabinet, warm natural wood, and hazy Changhong glass harmoniously collide with various materials to create a sense of luxury. The suspended desk in front of the large window maximizes natural lighting, providing excellent views for both home work and reading.

米白色柜体、温润的原木与朦胧的长虹玻璃，多种材质和谐碰撞出高级感。大面积的窗户前的悬空书桌，最大限度利用了自然采光，无论是居家办公还是阅读都能有绝佳的视野。

The pillows made of bean paste powder and the low saturation pink color of the chairs exude a romantic atmosphere. The warm yellow halo of the floor lamps and the wall lamps create a multi-layered lighting system, filling the room with a healing atmosphere.

豆沙粉的抱枕与靠椅低饱和度的粉色自带浪漫气氛，落地灯暖黄色的光晕、墙面的壁灯构建出多层次的照明系统，让房间充满治愈气息。

The olive green curtains and bedding become the finishing touch of the space, while the beige walls and cabinets paired with wooden flooring add warmth and softness to the space.

橄榄绿的窗帘与床品成为空间的点睛之笔，米白色的墙面与柜体搭配木地板，更显空间温暖柔和。




阁楼 attic

The warm wooden bookshelves and flooring establish a warm tone in the space, while the rounded cloud sofas and low stools provide a comfortable and lazy seating area. The starry sky lights create a dazzling starry sky from the sloping ceiling, creating a dreamy atmosphere.

温润的木质书架和地板奠定了空间温暖的基调，圆润的云朵沙发与矮凳提供了舒适慵懒的坐区，星空灯将斜顶的天花板营造成璀璨的星空，营造梦幻的氛围感。


卫生间 Toilet

The large louvers allow ample light to enter the interior, while the beige rock panels and natural wood bathroom cabinets create a soft contrast. The black metal frame and mirrored circular light strip inject a refined modern feel into the space.

大面积的百叶窗将光线充分的引入室内，米白色的岩板与原木色浴室柜形成柔和的对比，黑色的金属框架与镜面的环形灯带则为空间注入了精致的现代感。
