序言：

“简约、高级”，便是这次进到屋主家的第一眼感受！这样一个纯粹的家，应该是许多年轻人的向往吧！全屋简约黑白调风格，屋子原本是旧房子，到屋主手里已经是翻了又翻再翻手的三手房子了，屋主在考虑想潇洒独居的情况下，也考虑未来家里填新成员的需求进行改造，改造需求想要局改+软装设计搭配，在保留了地砖以及门框之下，对全屋进行了局部拆改及改装。
新家落地全部花费：设计费＋硬装一共花费18w

步入正题：

原始户型方正，原先布局入户位置便是空旷的洗衣区域以及卫生间热水器外置在此处，入户便有一堵墙挡住去路的感觉，左边进入分布明确，一间厨房三个卧室以及卫生间，独立的阳台区域。

屋主改造需求：
需要能独立学习看书、玩耍娱乐的空间
需要三房：主卧、长辈房、儿童房
客厅较小，希望整个厅能更加开阔一些
对声音要求较高，休息时物理遮光

空间分布区域设计，分为动静区域，不同区域拥有着不同的功能，在动线的起承转合之中，融入了生活场景，构筑了舒适又和平的生活环境。在设计师的思维之中，每个空间经由细致的设计，足以让屋主对生活拥有更多的向往和期待。

方案设计：
整体户型较为方正
空间规划较为重要
重点改造入户厨房餐厅区域
将阳台融入客厅，合二为一
增加了整体空间，活动区域更大
将原先封闭式厨房拆除，打通走廊通往客厅的空间
改造为开放式厨房+小飘台，
弱化承重柱带来的视觉隔断
空间动区形成迂回路线，更加合理



入户走廊 Dentry corridor

The appearance of the entrance is spacious and the lines are clear and hard. The left side is designed with a multifunctional cabinet and shoe cabinet, and an embedded storage platform can be used to place various decorations. The right side is designed with an image mirror and a lazy shoe changing seat. The water and electricity meters are also carefully decorated, with a simple and casual design that reflects the exquisite life of the homeowner.

入户观感空旷线条清晰硬，左侧设计入户多功能柜以及鞋柜，嵌入式置物台可摆放各种装饰品，右侧设计形象镜以及慵懒的换鞋座椅，水电表也精心做了装饰，设计简约随性，不失体现屋主精致的生活。

The ground is paved with white tiles with colored spots, adding a lively atmosphere. A vase with green plants is placed on the left wall, bringing vitality to the space. On the right side is a light gray storage cabinet that reaches the top. The middle of the cabinet is empty with embedded light strips, which hold books, small appliances, and other items, serving both storage and display functions. The entire space is clean, practical, and aesthetically pleasing.

地面铺设着带有彩色斑点的白色地砖，增添了活泼感。左侧墙边插有绿植的花瓶，为空间带来生机。右侧是到顶的浅灰色储物柜，柜子中部留空，内嵌灯带，摆放着书籍、小电器等物品，兼具收纳与展示功能。整个空间干净利落，实用又美观。



餐厅厨房  Dining room ＆ Kitchen

Immediately stepping into the open kitchen, the original two walls were removed and designed to be open, making the space more spacious and the kitchen larger. The only area has been re built with a floor that is resistant to oil stains and easier to clean. The style emphasizes individuality and creativity, and does not advocate pursuing high-end luxury, but focuses on expressing elements that distinguish it from other residences. The black and white combination is the most classic.

随即步入开放式厨房，原先两面的墙体拆除，设计开放式，空间更为开阔，厨房更加大了，唯一一块区域地面重砌，防油污更易清洗，风格重视个性和创造性的表现，不主张追求高档奢华，而主力于表现区别于其他住宅的元素，黑白搭配最为经典。

A white table with transparent legs is lightweight and stylish, with glass containers adorned with fruits and small flowers placed on top, adding a touch of life. The black storage platform has a unique design, displaying decorative items such as records and candle holders, forming a sharp contrast with the white background, highlighting the artistic sense.

白色的桌子搭配透明桌腿，轻盈时尚，桌上摆放着装有水果与小花的玻璃容器，增添生活气息。黑色的置物台造型独特，上面陈列着唱片、烛台等装饰品，与白色背景形成鲜明对比，凸显艺术感。



客厅 Drawing room

The overall color scheme is mainly white and beige, creating a simple and bright atmosphere. The TV is hung on a white wall, with a white platform and a black low platform below. Decorative ornaments and vases are placed on the platform. Light brown sofa paired with black and white striped pillows, comfortable and stylish. There are books, ornaments, etc. displayed on the black shelf next to it. The white rocking chair by the window is paired with a small round table, and the greenery outside is lush. The ground is covered with a light gray textured carpet, which is coordinated with the overall style. The white air conditioning unit is installed above the TV, with a reasonable spatial layout that combines aesthetics and practicality.

整体色调以白色、米色为主，营造出简洁明亮的氛围。电视挂于白墙之上，下方是白色地台搭配黑色矮台，台上摆放着装饰摆件和花瓶 。浅棕色沙发搭配黑白条纹抱枕，舒适又时尚。一旁黑色置物架上陈列着书籍、摆件等。窗边白色摇椅搭配小圆桌，窗外绿意盎然。地面铺有浅灰色纹理地毯，与整体风格相协调，白色空调挂机安装在电视上方，空间布局合理，兼具美观与实用性。

The white rocking chair is paired with a wooden stand, creating an elegant design. The semi transparent white gauze curtain gently hangs down, casting a soft light in the hazy atmosphere. The ground is covered with a textured gray carpet, creating a comfortable and stylish overall space.

白色的摇椅搭配木质支架，造型优雅，半透明的白色纱帘轻柔垂落，朦胧中透着柔和的光线，地面上铺着带有纹理的灰色地毯，整体空间尽显舒适与格调。

阳台 Dbalcony area

In leisure time, a book and a cup of coffee can make for a leisurely summer.  

闲暇时分，一本书一杯咖啡，便可悠闲一夏。  



主卧 Master bedroom

Cute and simple, elegant and leisurely.

可爱且质朴，素雅且悠然自得。



次卧 Second bedroom

The second bedroom has a gray tone but exudes cuteness and playfulness.

次卧映入眼帘灰色调但透露着可爱搞怪。
